Refund policy

We offer refunds or replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the order by sharing clear photos and order details. After verification, our team will arrange a replacement or process the refund to the original payment method.

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Items purchased under clearance or special offers are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval.
